Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Local Pickup

Select Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Free local delivery may be available in Sedro-Woolley, Burlington, and Mount Vernon. I'll contact you after your order to arrange pickup or delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or your toy is not functioning properly, please contact nwadaptiveplay@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item when appropriate.

Returns for reasons other than damage or defects may be approved at our discretion. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Payment & Sales Tax

We accept Square, Venmo, and school purchase orders.

Payment is required before orders are shipped unless alternative arrangements have been made for approved purchase orders.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law based on the shipping destination. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption documentation before payment or invoice processing.

Product Information

All products are professionally adapted by Northwest Adaptive Play for use with standard 3.5 mm adaptive switches. Adaptive switches are not included unless otherwise noted.

Because each toy is individually adapted by hand, minor cosmetic differences may occur without affecting functionality.

Safety Information

Please follow the manufacturer's recommended age guidelines and safety instructions. Adult supervision is recommended. Products may contain small parts and are not intended for children below the manufacturer's recommended age.

Limitation of Liability

Northwest Adaptive Play is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and under appropriate adult supervision.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is used only to process orders, communicate regarding purchases, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal information except as necessary to process payments or fulfill orders.

Trademark Notice

Product names, trademarks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the original products that have been professionally adapted by Northwest Adaptive Play.
