Do you test each toy?
Yes. Every switch-adapted toy is individually tested to ensure it functions properly before shipment.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders and invoices are accepted for schools, districts, and other organizations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Square, Venmo, and school purchase orders.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup may be available in Skagit County, Washington. Please contact us to arrange pickup.
What is your return policy?
If your toy arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
